Chargrilled Kangaroo Steak with Baby Spinach

Ingredients

  • 6 -8 fillets of Kangaroo Steak
  • 1 jar Bush Tomato & Chilli Sauce
  • Splash of red wine

Method

  1. Preheat a barbecue or chargrill pan on high. Lightly spray with oil. Cook kangaroo steak on preheated grill for 3-4 minutes each side or cooked to your liking.
  2. Warm Bush Tomato & Chilli Sauce with a splash of red wine.
  3. Slice steak at an angle & pour the warm sauce.
  4. Serve with baby spinach.
