Chicken & Lemon Myrtle Green Curry

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken diced
  • 1 potato cubed
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 jar Lemon Myrtle & Coconut Sauce

Method

  1. Heat oil in pan and lightly brown chicken pieces.
  2. Add chopped potatoes and fry for another minute.
  3. Pour the jar of Lemon Myrtle & Coconut Sauce.
  4. Cook on low for 10 mins or until done. Serve with boiled rice.
